Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 5, 2025

At AalketPrints, every item is made to order — just for you. Because of that, we do not offer returns or refunds on most purchases. However, we stand by the quality of our products and will absolutely make things right if there’s an issue with your order.

✅ Refunds & Replacements

We’ll offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong item or size due to a printing or fulfillment error

🕒 To request a refund or replacement, please:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Email us at [Your Email Address]

  3. Include your order number and a photo of the item

If approved, we’ll either resend your item or process a refund to your original payment method.

❌ We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse / change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered 

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Normal variations in color or placement due to printing

📦 Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it:

  • First, check with neighbors or your local postal carrier

  • Then, contact us — we’ll do our best to help, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

🧵 Handmade, Made-to-Order = Less Waste

All items are custom-printed after you place your order. This helps reduce overproduction and supports sustainable practices — thank you for understanding!
